If this it is your first time as a guest or if you just want to know a little more about what to expect on a regular weekend here at First Church we want to make you as comfortable as we can. Membership at First Church means partnering with other believers in making a difference in our community and around the world. Our desire is that you make a commitment to Jesus Christ and then to the local church.
We believe that service is a necessary and vital part of being a Christian. It is our privilege to help you understand where you have been gifted and where is the best place for you to serve. The Service Opportunities page shows the different ministry areas in which you can serve and also has an updated list of immediate needs in our congregation and community.
LIFE groups exist to promote the development of healthy relationships that ground people in God's Word, provide an atmosphere of community and care, involve people in service, and draw people to Christ. LIFE groups meet in homes or at church 2 to 4 times a month. We have LIFE groups for couples, men, women, and young adults.
Adult Bible Fellowships or ABF's as we call them are bible study groups meet Saturday at 6:15 p.m. and Sunday at 9:30am & 11:00 a.m. ABF's exist to enable you to enjoy the friendship and fellowship of other believers as you learn, grow, and serve together.
